The Pop-Punk Kid from the Beach!
Those who came of age in the 90’s or 2000’s, along with their car-pooling parents, instantly recognize in Jack’s voice the echoes of the Goo Goo Dolls, Green Day, Blink 182, and even John Mayer. With a voice that recalls the great pop and rock singers of that era, Jack’s is an honest and original sound. Nostalgic, yet modern.

Based in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Jack has been surprising audiences with foot-tapping covers of popular rock and pop tunes since he was thirteen years old, including turns as a teenager at the venerable MerleFest Youth Showcase and as part of Beach Street USA at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

Jack’s new fans are often surprised to learn that he speaks with an occasional stutter. Imagine, therefore, the liberating effect to realize that the stutter disappears when he sings, a discovery he made as a youngster while singing on the school bus during his daily ride home. In any case, he is truly transformed on stage. His performances energize audiences and his shows are just plain fun.
